PRINCE2 is the non-proprietary best practice model that ensures project delivery is on time, on budget and of high quality. This 3-day course provides participants with a thorough coverage of all aspects of the PRINCE2 project management methodology. Upon completion of the training participants will have gained a basic knowledge and understanding of project management and project based work. This will enable them to contribute more effectively as a member of a project team or management team. The PRINCE2 Foundation course is tailored to meet the requirements of the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate qualification as defined by the international examination organisation APMG. The course prepares participants for this exam.The exam is scheduled at the end of the third day. If you take the Foundation module on its own you may at a later date take the Practitioner module and complete the full PRINCE2 program. |

This course is designed for those who require a sufficient understanding of this project management methodology – such as people working on projects, people initiating projects, business representatives, team leaders, those with an interest in project management or who are considering moving into that field. The Foundation certificate is a prerequisite to become a PRINCE2 Practitioner professional. |
