PRINCE2 is the non-proprietary best practice model that ensures project delivery is on time, on budget and of high quality. This PRINCE2 Practitioner course is a comprehensive 4-day program that provides participants with an extended theoretical and practical knowledge of PRINCE2. This course educates participants in the practical application of the PRINCE2 methodology. Exercises are based on a real life case study. The course prepares delegates for the APMG globally-recognised PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate. This exam is scheduled on the 4th day in the afternoon. |
