Course’s Content:

• Evaluate the strategic thinking of others
• Assess the reasoning of others
• Dismantle reasoning into the elements of reason
• Judge the elements of reason based on standards
• Problem solving by starting with restatement of the issues
• Problem solving from a number of different perspectives
• Identify decision-making factors
• Creativity and the decision-making process
• Analyze decision options using decision trees
• Evaluate decision options using probabilities
• Compare options using paired ranking

How We Work:

• We use interactive workshop method
• Atendees solve many tasks leading to their self examination
• Participants practise single situation
• Lector provides online feedback
• Role-play scenarios to practice and underpin techniques taught

Place: Seminary room at Brněnská personalistika, spol. s r. o. Time Schedule: 9:00 – 17:00 with break Price: 4.500,– CZK/participant (without VAT) – including snack.

We provide 10% discount in case you attended some of our open seminars in 2013. We will provide 15% discount, if 4 or more colleagues from the same company will attend the course. Discounts can not be combined with each other.

Any of our open seminars can be realized as a closed – only for employees of your company, in a location that you choose. We operate throughout the Czech Republic and abroad.
