The aim is to teach how to recognize business opportunity, know the client and his/her needs, how to sell and close deals.

- Self-knowledge and self – assessment of one's own self-expression and interaction with the
surroundings, self-confidence and self-motivation – their importance for the success of seller
- SWOT analysis of one's sales skills
- Typology, recommendations for the handling of the various types of customers, active practicing
- Sales interview – structure and phases
- Knowing one's customer portfolio, active work with customer data, identification of opportunities for the acquisition and further sales
- Management of the region and managing business opportunities with respect to sales targets
