Summary: a workshop with practical exercises using the latest experience of recruiters and HR managers as well as ideas by the world leading gurus of hiring such as Lou Adler – author of recent bestsellers, and Liz Ryan – top workplace consultant.
Proper people selection has a key impact on organisational success. Shorten your time needed for interviews by using the best know-how and multiply effectiveness of interviews conducted in your organisation. Make sure to select the right people at the right jobs very effectively. Focus on the most important interview elements ensuring your success.

phases of interview, their quality and balance, first 10 and 40 seconds to the successs

layers uncovering – how to find out the missing information for the right decision-making

reactions to difficult questions – tactful and assertive

interview lead by a candidate

offer negotiation

practical exercises – by drawn or proposed situations, all partipants will take turns in playing both roles – unstructured and 2 ways of structured interviews

special mikro-topics: testing, reference checking

wrap up, answers and questions, knowlegde review

Key workshop features: interactive discusssion and analyses of case studies /situations, explanation of suitable and wrong procedures, practical exercises – role playing, each participant takes turn, Verbal testing of the main knowledge points comprehension. Open discussion to the specifical issues brought up by participants, best solutions formed. Little powerpoint, lot of inspiration and best practices, immediate practical usability.
